Mandie has over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry sector, with a diversified array of opportunities that have broadened her skills and knowledge.

2002 In Victoria, BC at the age of 20, Mandie launched her first cleaning service. Growing her company, Clean Conscience to a team of 30+ providing services to residential, commercial and construction clientele.

2006 Mandie launched the Clean Conscience line of all natural cleaning and aromatherapy products selling in grocery stores across Canada, including Save On Foods, Co-op and Nesters, as well as supplying to the 2010 Olympic Games to clean the venues.

2014 She created a new concept cleaning service and co-founded a company that brought together independent service providers into a collective model called The Cleaning Cooperative in St. Albert, AB that continues to operate successfully today.

2018 Mandie partnered up with Jusu Life Inc, rebranding the Clean Conscience products to Jusu and joining a company manufacturing multiple lines of personal care and grooming products. As President and Director of Operations Mandie received in depth knowledge of the formulation, applications and industry standards of cleaning, personal hygiene and  sanitization products, as well as global expansion of multiple product lines.

2021 Looking for a simpler lifestyle Mandie relocated to beautiful Summerland, BC. Quickly discovering the great need the community had for a reliable and quality cleaning and exterior services company, she excitedly launched Canadiana Property Solutions in the spring of 2022. Mandie has a vision to expand Canadiana into a full spectrum property solutions company, including home management and rental property management. Mandie takes great pride in creating clean and healthy living spaces for her clients, using the purest of products that are not only good for her clients and her staff but also the environment!
