  1. Contact us via phone, email, or online and complete our client questionnaire.

  2. From the information provided on the questionnaire, a quote is created and sent to you via email or text.

  3. You may either confirm the quote or request changes and receive a revised quote.

  4. When your quote is confirmed, we will add your booking to our schedule and you will receive a notification. You can make changes if necessary up to 48 hours prior to your booking time.

  5. You will get a service reminder via email or text the day before your booking.

  6. After the service is done, it is marked as completed and an invoice is sent for you to make payment in the Client Hub via credit card, debit, paypal or e-transfer.

OUR CLIENT PORTAL  Our services are managed through our online client hub. Clients can enjoy a self-serve experience where they can view and manage their upcoming bookings, including approving quotes, checking appointment details, making payments, printing invoices, or requesting more jobs. The client hub is mobile-friendly, so clients can view it wherever they are, whether that's on a desktop computer or a mobile device. Clients can access client hub using the link provided when sent a quote, invoice, or appointment reminder. ​
