​​​​CHECK-OUT INSPECTIONS After your guest checks out, we'll thoroughly inspect your property to ensure there are no damages and everything is in its place. If anything is damaged or missing, we’ll notify you immediately with pictures of the affected items.

CHECK-OUT CLEAN Having a clean rental property is crucial in the AirBnB and rental property industry. For this reason we make sure to do a full clean and sanitization of your property to ensure your guests feel a sense of clean and wellbeing when staying at your accommodations, and that they want to rave about it on their reviews.

WASH LINENS AND TOWELS We ensure that each of your guests get the freshest of linens each and every visit. Prior to cleaning we will strip all the bedding and gather all towels and cloths to launder. Putting out fresh linens in preparation for your next guests.

MAKE BEDS There is nothing like crawling into a fresh crisp bed that is made with nicely folded corners. Prior to your guests arrival we will make all beds with freshly laundered linens.

EMPTY GARBAGE & RECYCLE We make sure to empty all trash cans and recycle bins in your rental property to take outside for pick up by the city. We will replace all bags in your bins and ensure that you always have more on hand for your guests during their stay.

STOCK SUPPLIES We keep a checklist of all supplies that you provide at your rental property, such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies. We will always let you know when you are low and restock for the next guests, ensuring they always have all that they need.
